Surrey County Council (SCC) submitted an outline planning application in February 2023 for a development of new, high quality, affordable extra care accommodation on the site of the former Lakeside Primary School playing field in Frimley. Details of the proposals can be found here.
The community engagement exercise supported by this website commenced in November 2022 and ended in December 2022. You can watch the recordings of our consultation events for residents here. All feedback received during our consultation was included in a Statement of Community Involvement that was submitted as part of the planning application.
Following statutory consultation, the outline planning application was withdrawn. SCC are reviewing their next steps and will update residents in due course.
